Solid Surface

1. Please provide a sketch of your benchtop layout including exact measurements for each section. Be sure to indicate which edges will be visible, as this helps us prepare an accurate quote.

2. Once you’ve sketched your benchtop plans you’ll need to fill out the quote form attached.

3. Email your plans and quote form to solidsurface@newgrovebenchtops.com.au to recieve a quote.
   Once you’re happy to proceed, let us know and we’ll put your order into production. Our turnaround is typically around 4 weeks.

Once you've placed your order with Newgrove, we'll contact you within 2-3 weeks to schedule a templating appointment. During this visit, one of our skilled fabricators will come to your home to take precise measurements of the area where your new benchtops will be installed. To ensure accuracy, please have your sink and hot plate on-site for this appointment.

After the templating is complete, your benchtops will be fabricated at our workshop. Once they're ready, we will arrange a time for the installation.

Following the installation, we'll provide you with a care kit and walk you through essential care and maintenance tips to keep your benchtops looking their best.
