We are supply-only for our Laminate benchtops. We recommend hiring a cabinet maker for a site measure and to carry out the installation of your new benchtops.

Laminate is a hardwearing material but like all materials it can be damaged if used without some care and maintenance.

• To clean, wipe over the laminate surface with a clean soft damp cloth Soiled or light stains can be removed with warm soapy water or common household detergents such as spray and wipe with no abrasive or strong acidic alkaline ingredients

• Avoid using scourers as they will damage the surface

• Avoid placing hot products such as hot pans, pots, electric fry pans, air fryers, slow cookers, steamers, flat and curling irons directly onto the laminate surface as this will lead to damage

• Laminate will withstand normal wear and tear but can be damaged by scratching or cutting with utensils, knives and unglazed pottery

• Always use a chopping board and never cut directly on the laminate surface

• Darker laminate colours and high gloss laminates tend to show scratches more readily than lighter colour and non-gloss laminates

• To minimise scratching, always place and lift objects off the surface and never drag or slide them across the surface
