Newgrove Joinery Pty. Ltd. operated as a manufacturer of kitchens. Following the purchase of Newgrove Joinery Pty. Ltd. in 1990 Dean and Sean operated the business manufacturing kitchens and bench tops.

Seeing the opportunity for specialising in bench tops they steered the business in that direction. Newgrove Aust. Pty. Ltd. has since made its mark in bench tops providing an innovative and quality product to their customers.

Newgrove Aust Pty. Ltd. supply to an extensive market including domestic, commercial, hospitality, education and health. The geographical market serviced by Newgrove primarily encompasses Melbourne Metropolitan, Geelong and Western Districts and Warrnambool and coastal districts.

Newgrove Aust. is the only Geelong company which specialises solely in bench tops. Innovation is kept vibrant by the input of both Sean and Dean, which enables the latest trends to be provided for the customer. Technology is at the forefront at Newgrove and has been utilized to ensure both the quality and timeliness of customer orders is second to none.

Sean Blood and Dean Sferco are both involved in the management of the business and the hands on production, ensuring that quality is always of the highest standard. Quality control is implemented by all personnel from the directors to all employees.

Quality control begins with the purchase of quality material through to the production process and finally to the inspection of the end product which is completed prior to the product leaving the factory.
